An outlet mall consisting of ninety-five international and domestic brand shops was opened in front of the Minami-Chitose Station of the Japan Railways in the spring of 2005 to make one of the largest outlet malls in Hokkaido. This is an open-style commercial designed so that visitors can enjoy staying there for a long time, with a clock tower facility (the symbol; of the Rera), a food court, atrium, event square, and so on, and it provides various brand line-ups, such as sporting goods, outdoor goods, and interior goods, in addition to fashion items, which are the major products sold.
