It should be under consideration to publish the presentations, in an international conference like Lux Pacifica, on periodical publications such as academic journals, so that their results will be spread and be useful for practical application.
The numbers of oral presentation by each country are shown in Fig. 5. There were 41 presentations from eleven countries including from non-Lux Pacifica countries. Thirty minutes was given to every presenter, including question and answer. The Holiday Inn Silom, the big and famous hotel in Bangkok (Fig. 6), served
as the venue for the conference. It is located besides the Silom Road of
the famous shopping street in Bangkok, convenient for dining, shopping etc.
In the afternoon of 23th April (Thursday), a reception for participant
registered was held at the entrance to ballroom on the ground floor of the
Hotel (Fig. 7). The Welcome Party began at 6 pm the same day in the ballroom.
This was a buffet style party, where drinks and light meal were served.
It was a pleasant welcome party with a warm atmosphere, where we heard a
welcome speech from the Chair, Prof. Warren Julian.
Table 2(a)-(c) outlines the three-day conference program. The opening
ceremony was held in Meeting Room1, presided by the chair of Lux Pacifica,
Prof. Warren Julian and the president of TIEA, Mr. Utis Chanchenchop (Fig.8,
